Awakened from my ominous visions of the night
Dismal dreams of a forth coming rapture are in sight
Reckoning day draws near, Armageddon prevails
The erosion of time is quickening, mankind's perseverance Is frail
Plague and pestilence will infect the land
All of history reduced to a worthless grain of sand
Premonitions of a charred, decayed planet
Confess to the elders the truth in my manic
They deceive the dreams and deny the worlds downfall
"I see our race shackled and slaves to the tyrannical law"
To the council I cry, and plead for them to believe
"We are done with your story, a delusion, nothing more conceived"
I stand aside the pillars of noble wisdom and reason
As the elders pray for deceit in my morbid mental creation
"I am the tortured, only I can be, because I face the horrors of all of our mortality"
Night after night these visions appear
I stare hopelessly into the necro sphere
A gathering of images consume my
being
A foreshadowing of the wretched in breeding
This grotesque power, a sanctified blessing
The origin of man, now a corpse in festering
Apparitions confront me when the day has ceased
To tell me that all is dead and deceased
The wrath of the hallowed curse
